4. Image Processing and Storage

• Uploaded photos are processed by AI to generate nose previews
• Original and result images are stored with encrypted cloud storage
• Images are sent to our AI processing provider only as needed to generate results
• You keep ownership of your original photos
• We do not use identifiable photos to train AI models without your explicit consent

5. Payments and Third Parties

Card payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Billing details you enter at checkout (name, email, phone, address, postal code) are used to complete the purchase, prevent fraud, and meet payment-provider rules.

Other processors include authentication (Supabase), cloud storage, analytics, and AI image generation. Each processor handles data under its own terms.

6. Data Retention

• Simulation images: up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymized
• Anonymized improvement data: up to 2 years
• Account data: while the account is active, then up to 30 days after closure
• Payment records: as required for tax, accounting, and chargeback rules
• Support messages: up to 3 years

You can request earlier deletion at hello@nosejobsimulator.com. We respond within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep records.
