Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What you buy

AI Nose Job Simulator sells one-time digital credit packs. Credits are used to generate AI rhinoplasty previews. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Completing checkout is a request to supply digital content immediately.

2. Cancellation before payment completes

You may leave checkout at any time before the payment is confirmed. No charge is made until payment succeeds. Because purchases are not subscriptions, there is no recurring plan to cancel after a completed order.

3. Refunds

We refund a credit pack in full when:

• You ask within 14 days of purchase, and
• No credit from that pack has been used

We also refund or restore value when:

• You were charged twice for the same order
• Payment succeeded but credits were not added to your account and we cannot fix it
• A simulation fails because of our system and we cannot restore the credit

Once any credit from a pack has been used, that pack is treated as digital content that has been supplied. Used credits are not refundable, except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

Email hello@nosejobsimulator.com from the address on your account. Include:

• Full name
• Account email
• Approximate purchase date and pack name (for example, Starter)
• Reason for the request

We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks often take 5–10 business days to show the credit.

5. Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a payment, contact us first so we can refund or restore credits. A chargeback opened without contacting us may delay a resolution.
