Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern use of AI Nose Job Simulator at https://www.nosejobsimulator.com (the “Service”). By creating an account, uploading a photo, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

AI Nose Job Simulator is an online software product. It uses artificial intelligence to generate simulated rhinoplasty (nose job) previews from a photo you upload. Results are visual previews for personal, informational use only.

The Service is not a medical device, clinic, or surgeon. Simulations are not medical advice, diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a promise of surgical results.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate account and checkout information
• You must have the right to upload every photo you submit

4. Accounts, credits, and purchases

• New accounts include a limited free simulation credit as described on the pricing page
• Paid packs are one-time purchases of digital credits, billed in euros, with no subscription
• One credit generates one simulation in a style your plan includes
• Unused credits do not expire
• Checkout requires full name, email address, phone number, full address, and postal code
• Prices shown at checkout are the amount due; we do not add a subscription or recurring charge

5. Photos and license

By uploading a photo you confirm that:

• You own it or have permission to use it
• It is a clear photo of an adult face (PNG, JPG, or JPEG)
• You keep ownership of the original image

You grant us a limited license to process the photo, generate a preview, store original and result images securely for up to 90 days, and use anonymized copies to improve quality for up to 2 years. We may send the image to our AI processing provider solely to generate your result. Marketing use of obscured images happens only with separate opt-in consent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Upload photos of minors
• Upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
• Resell credits or automated access without our written permission

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uptime, processing speed, or a particular visual quality. We may change features, prices, or credit packs. If a simulation fails because of our error, we restore the credit.

9. Intellectual property

The website, software, branding, and AI pipeline are our property. Generated previews are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy or resell the Service.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on a simulation, for surgical outcomes, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Courts of Estonia have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
